There are two master bedrooms with sepatate bathrooms and sea views, as well as three separate bedrooms with two bathrooms. A spacious kitchen area with a dining room and a fireplace room + on the third floor of the building there is a study and a tea and board game room.

Guest house.

On the second floor there is one master bedroom with sea view, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a fireplace room with a comfortable sofa bed. On the ground floor there is a spacious sauna room, a lounge with a fireplace, a music system, a bathroom and an outdoor jacuzzi.

 There is table tennis, a paved basketball court and a beach sand volleyball court for active recreation. In the outdoor area there is a fireplace, outdoor grill, pizza oven, and all this on the first line of the Baltic Sea.
